logo整体的样式是一个“C”,是“文化”的英文单词culture的首字母,突出主题“文化”。
The overall shape of the logo resembles a "C", as in “Culture”, emphasising the overarching mission of the association.

整体的形状是一个链条状的图案,表示这是一个文化产业链条,也表明我们要将文化做成产业化,规模化,顺应市场的需求。
With its chain-like pattern, the logo represents a cultural industry chain, and the association’s aims to introduce a culture of industrialisation, one that is large-scale in nature and follows the needs of the market.

整个logo共有13种颜色组成,一是表明江苏共有13个省辖市,也同时说明有13种不同的地区文化,再次强调了主题“文化”。不同的江苏地域文化联系在一起,形成一个链条,各有特色又保持交流沟通互相融合。二是“江苏”共有13笔画,13种颜色代表了江苏。
Comprised of 13 colours which blend into each other, the logo is representative of the 13 major cities of Jiangsu province, each with their own distinctive culture; united while maintaining their individual identity. In addition, the Chinese characters for Jiangsu (江苏) consist of 13 strokes, as a further nod to the province’s cities, and the logo’s colours.

logo的造型也寓意一个全球的整体,不同的地域文化是中国文化中的一部分,中国的文化也是世界文化的一部分,未来江苏的地域文化将逐渐跻身世界的行列。
The logo also carries a subtle implication of the global whole, whereby different regional cultures are a part of Chinese culture, which in itself is part of global culture, so that the culture of Jiangsu may arise on the world stage.
